  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
  2. In a skillet, brown the beef on all sides, then transfer to the crock pot.
  3. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, and apple cider vinegar to the crock pot.
