Crockpot Potato Broccoli Cheddar Soup

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add diced potatoes, chopped broccoli, chopped onion, minced garlic, vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the crockpot.
