Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Nut Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts and rolled oats.
  3. In a saucepan, heat together the honey and nut butter until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and sea salt.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle extra sea salt on top before baking.
