- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts and rolled oats.
- In a saucepan, heat together the honey and nut butter until melted and smooth.
- Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips and sea salt.
