- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt and mix until combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the raspberries and raspberry jam, then swirl it into the remaining brownie batter.
- Spread the raspberry batter over the first layer in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining chocolate batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
