- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add pepperoni and pizza sauce to the meat mixture, stirring to combine. Remove from heat.
- Unroll the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
