- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
