  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups gummy worms (for decoration)
  • 1 cup chocolate crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant chocolate pudding mix until thickened.
  5. Layer half of the crushed cookies in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookie layer.
  7. Pour half of the pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, cream cheese mixture, and pudding mixture.
  9. Top with chocolate crumbs and decorate with gummy worms.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate cookies.
  • Gummy worms can be substituted for other candy, if desired.
