  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Add flank steak and coat well.
  3. Place the steak on the griddle and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
