- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon additional vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well to coat the fruit.
