  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon additional vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well to coat the fruit.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture into the tart shell and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly and the tart shell is lightly golden.
  5. While the tart is baking, prepare the vanilla glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and additional vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Once the tart is done baking, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before drizzling the vanilla glaze over the top.
