  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
