Easy Ravioli Sauce

A delicious sauce perfect for ravioli, featuring turkey bacon for an added twist.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in olive oil over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and sauté onions and garlic in the same pan until translucent.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked bacon and Parmesan cheese before serving over cooked ravioli.
