Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey and chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  4. Lay wonton wrappers in muffin tin, pressing down to form cups.
  5. Fill each cup with the turkey mixture and top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Top with avocado, sour cream, and green onions before serving.
