  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small ramekin, layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  3. Crack an egg on top of the meat.
  4. Add cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the egg whites are set.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
