- 1 cup fresh figs, sliced
- 1 bulb fennel, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, figs, fennel, and walnuts.
