Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the lemon juice and zest, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
