- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in different mixing bowls.
- In the bowl with yolks, whisk in sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and baking powder until well combined.

- In the other bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until no white streaks remain.

- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
- Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
