  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the chopped spinach and diced turkey bacon to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
