- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
