Garlic Butter Pasta (One Pot!)

A delicious one pot garlic butter pasta recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
  4. Add the pasta and enough water to cover it.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook until the pasta is tender.
  6. Drain any excess water and stir in salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chili flakes.
  • Can substitute pasta with zucchini noodles for a low-carb option.
