- 2 pounds steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
