  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Prepare a béchamel sauce by melting butter and whisking in gluten-free flour.
  3. Slowly add milk to the sauce while stirring continuously.
  4. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese on the gluten-free bread.
  6. Top with the béchamel sauce and then cook in a skillet until golden brown.
  7. Fry the eggs sunny-side up and place on top of the sandwich before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, you can add some Dijon mustard to the sandwich.
