A delicious and indulgent take on the classic chicken tikka masala inspired by Gordon Ramsay.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 200 grams yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 400 grams canned tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt and spices for at least an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
  • For a creamier sauce, add a splash of cream before serving.
