  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, ginger, and garlic for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and season with salt; cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
