  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and black olives.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
