  • 2 medium eggplants
  • 4 Hatch green chiles
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the eggplants into thick rounds and brush them with olive oil.
