Gyeran Bap (Korean Egg Rice)

Gyeran Bap is a delicious and simple Korean dish made with rice and eggs, enhanced by the delightful flavor of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, mix in the scrambled eggs and chopped turkey bacon.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, cooking until heated through.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon.
