This gyro bowl combines tender chicken, tangy feta, and fresh veggies for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Layer the cooked rice at the bottom of a serving bowl.
  3. Top with the chicken mixture, followed by the diced cucumber and halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top before serving.
