  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated carrots with almond flour, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, baking soda, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture.
  4. Fold in the raisins until evenly distributed.
