- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the beef steak over medium heat until fully cooked; remove from the skillet.
- Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet and mix in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the cream cheese and half of the cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Combine the mixture with the cooked macaroni in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
