  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the phyllo dough by layering it in a greased baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter.
  3. Mix the chopped pistachios with honey and cinnamon, then spread over the phyllo layers.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the pistachio layer.
