4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs. In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast first in the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Notes
