Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the Italian sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, then gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce until well coated.
