- 1 bunch fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the spinach for about 30 seconds.
- Drain the spinach and rinse it under cold water. Squeeze out excess water.
- In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and salt.
- Add the spinach to the bowl and mix well.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and toss to combine.
- Serve as a side dish.
