- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
