Loaded Chicken Club

A mouthwatering fusion of flavors, the Loaded Chicken Club is a delightful twist on the traditional club sandwich that will satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together in a small bowl.
  3. Spread the mayo-mustard mix on each slice of bread.
  4. Layer the shredded chicken, avocado, bacon, cheese, and lettuce on top of the sauce on two slices of bread.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
  6. Cut in half and serve immediately.
