- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
