  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
  3. Toss the fries in olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  4. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
