4 large russet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
Toss the fries in olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
