Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, fresh orange juice, granulated sugar, orange zest, and salt. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring, until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into serving cups or ramekins.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
