  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook the ziti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and Italian sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the meat mixture and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. In a large baking dish, combine cooked ziti, meat sauce, and ricotta mixture. Stir well.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
