  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add in granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, salt, and flour.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared mini loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
