Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of tartlet molds to form crusts.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain.
  5. Fill each tartlet crust with the cheesecake filling and smooth the tops.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.

Notes
