Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  5. Add broccoli and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.
  7. Pour the sauce over stir-fry and mix well until thickened.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra heat, consider adding chili flakes.
