This No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake is a delightfully easy treat perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  6. Layer half of the banana slices on top of the crust, followed by half of the pudding mixture, then half of the cream mixture. Repeat the layers.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with remaining banana slices before serving.

Notes

  • Serve chilled for the best flavor.
  • Optional: drizzle with chocolate sauce.
