No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups

These No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups are a delightful and easy dessert for any occasion.

  • 16 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 6 additional Oreo cookies, crushed for topping

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush the 16 Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter and press into the bottom of serving cups.
  3. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the cups.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Top with crushed Oreo cookies before serving.

Notes

  • Use a hand mixer if you don’t have a stand mixer for the cream cheese mixture.
  • For a firmer cheesecake, increase the chilling time.
