Overnight Egg Casserole

A delicious and easy breakfast casserole made with eggs, turkey bacon, and chicken ham that can be prepared the night before.

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  2. Add the diced turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes or until set.

  • For a vegetarian version, you can omit the meat and add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
