  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, butter, and egg to the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
  4. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread peach preserves, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Roll up the dough and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
