- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 packet yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, butter, and egg to the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough, spread peach preserves, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
