  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, and salt.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
