  • 1 baguette sliced into rounds
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Remove toasted baguette from the oven and top each slice with a piece of Brie cheese.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Once out of the oven, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each crostini.
  6. Top with pear slices and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over each one.
