  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in the chopped pistachios and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
