Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (thyme, chives)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, onion powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans and herbs.
  6. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the cheese mixture.
  • Can be made a day in advance.
