Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, melted butter, milk, and egg.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread with additional melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Roll up the dough and cut into rolls, then place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
