- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, melted butter, milk, and egg.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.

- Roll up the dough and cut into rolls, then place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
